Terms of Service
1. The agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the SellersOS platform, websites, and APIs (the “Service”), operated by SELLERSOS LLC, a United States limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“SellersOS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, authorizing your Amazon selling account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. What the Service does
SellersOS is an enterprise software platform for Amazon sellers that provides near-real-time SKU profitability analytics, FBA inventory and replenishment workflows, inbound shipment management, listing operations, fee audit reconciliation, and Amazon advertising management. Supported Amazon integrations use official Amazon APIs and require authorization from the selling partner.
Where explicitly enabled and configured by you, the Service can execute authorized operational changes to your connected accounts, such as advertising bids and budgets, negative keyword additions, catalog listings, or FBA shipment plans. All write actions are disabled by default and require affirmative seller activation.
3. Your Amazon authorization
- You must own, or be authorized to administer, every Amazon account you connect. You are responsible for ensuring that connecting it complies with your agreements with Amazon.
- Authorization is granted through Amazon’s official OAuth workflow. We never ask for, and you must never disclose, your Amazon Seller Central or Advertising console password.
- Write access is disabled by default. You enable specific write scopes, and you remain responsible for the automation rules you configure and the changes they make.
- You may revoke authorization at any time directly from Amazon Seller Central.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Amazon’s policies, developer terms, or applicable law;
- Attempt to access another customer’s data, probe or bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service;
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except under a plan that expressly permits managing client accounts;
- Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law;
- Use the Service to store or process data unrelated to your Amazon operations.
5. Fees and billing
- Subscription fees and plan tiers are published on our transparent Pricing Page at the time of purchase, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- 60-Day Satisfaction Commitment: New paid subscribers may cancel within their first 60 days in accordance with the satisfaction commitment described on our Pricing Page, without termination penalties or ongoing subscription obligations.
- We may modify subscription fees with at least 30 days’ prior written notice; changes take effect at your subsequent renewal date.
6. No guarantee of results
Projections, restock forecasts, ROI calculations, and optimization suggestions produced by SellersOS are estimates generated by algorithmic models, not guarantees of commercial outcome. Actual results depend on market competition, seasonal volatility, catalog dynamics, supplier lead times, and user-defined rule configurations. Amazon may also modify its APIs, fee schedules, or policies in ways that affect available data.
Automated actions execute according to parameters you establish. We maintain an append-only audit trail of automated changes so that actions can be inspected, verified, and reversed.
7. Your data
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in your data. We process Amazon seller data strictly to provide the contracted Service, as specified in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We do not sell, license, or monetize Amazon Information, do not pool it into cross-seller benchmarks, and do not use it to train third-party machine learning models. You may export your operational data at any time.
Amazon Data Deletion (Amazon DPP §1.7): SellersOS securely deletes Amazon Information within 30 days after whichever occurs first: Amazon instructs us to delete it; the customer withdraws permission, disconnects access, revokes authorization, or closes the account; we identify that our entitlement to process it has ended; or our participation in Amazon Services ends or expires. Where retention is legally mandatory, we retain only the necessary records for the mandated purpose and duration.
8. Availability and support
We strive for high continuous availability. The Service depends on Amazon’s APIs; delays or outages on Amazon’s infrastructure may affect data synchronization and are outside our direct control. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where practicable. Technical customer support is provided by email during Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (US Eastern Time) (excluding United States federal holidays).
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, user interfaces, proprietary models, algorithms, and documentation, is and remains the intellectual property of SELLERSOS LLC. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription term. Feedback or recommendations you submit may be incorporated into the platform without compensation or obligation.
10. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall SELLERSOS LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, sales, or business data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you to SELLERSOS LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
11. Suspension and termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time within account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where reasonably required to prevent security compromise or comply with Amazon developer policies. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately and stored seller data is deleted pursuant to our data retention schedule.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms periodically. Substantive modifications will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. The state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising hereunder.
14. Relationship with Amazon
SellersOS is an independent software provider. SellersOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon SP-API, and Amazon Ads are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Your business relationship with Amazon is governed exclusively by your direct agreements with Amazon.
