3. Engineering infrastructure & cloud hosting

SellersOS is architected for enterprise uptime, high-frequency API synchronization, and strict isolation:

• Logical Tenant Isolation: Every selling partner's operational data is strictly partitioned at the database layer. Cross-tenant data pooling or sharing is architecturally prohibited.
• Encryption Standards: Data in transit is enforced via TLS 1.2 or higher (TLS 1.3 preferred) with HSTS. All storage volumes, databases, and automated backups are encrypted at rest using AES-256 via AWS KMS.

Customer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and emails are discarded at ingestion.
• Amazon Ads API: Directly connects via Amazon Ads OAuth 2.0 to manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display with hourly Dayparting schedules and rule-based bid adjustments.
• Amazon DPP §2 AI Compliance: SellersOS strictly ensures that Amazon Information is never pooled, monetized, or provided as training data for machine learning or artificial intelligence models. AI inferences are executed in ephemeral, isolated merchant sessions with zero Buyer PII ingestion.
